After Caro lost her Mum to suicide in 2013, she quickly realized how little support existed for those left behind.

Struggling with complex grief and deep feelings of guilt, she tried everything she could to heal. But it wasn’t until she discovered how to challenge untrue thoughts and rewire the brain that things finally began to shift.

Now a Certified NeuroCoach and suicide bereavement coach, Caro blends science-backed tools with lived experience to help others find peace, hope, and even joy again — without leaving their loved one behind.
